Paradise Parkway and its employees reserve the right to accept or reject any orders placed based solely at our complete discretion. In the event of a rejection we will refund any payments made in full via the payment gateway used to place the order. Accepting and completing the order begins when we begin to process your floral order placed under Paradise Parkway Botanic Gallery.
All our floral arrangements are subject to availability. In the event we face any supply difficulty or if the flowers we have received from our suppliers to create your order is not upto our quality standards we reserve the right to substitute any product with a suitable alternative. If we are unable for any reason to make up a satisfactory replacement we will make a full refund as mentioned above.
Please understand that due to the perishable nature of flowers, we are unable to accept returns on these products.
You are able to place pre-orders until February 10th 2021. It is our policy that any and all orders placed online or via phone will not be accepted after final pre-order date of February 10th 2021. Our Valentine’s Day orders are only available for delivery within the city limits of Folsom CA 95630 and delivery fee is included in each of the product selections. No pick up is available of our flowers at this time. As a part of the checkout process on this website, you will be able to select one of the two given dates for delivery of your Valentine’s Day order. We will make every effort to deliver your order in a timely manner. However, we do not guarantee specific timing of orders but we will deliver on the selected date.
Due to COVID all orders will be porch delivered if a residence or will be left at the reception if an office. It is your responsibility to ensure that an appropriate person be available at the delivery address to accept your flower order. If no one is at the address when the delivery is attempted, we will porch the flowers with proof of picture. Paradise Parkway will not be responsible for any theft of the orders after delivery even when porched. If these options are not available, the order will be brought back to our studio and our Customer Service team will contact you to rearrange the delivery which will be subject to an additional delivery charge of $15 within Folsom city limits.
If you wish to alter your order please contact us immediately or 3 days before the delivery date. Although we cannot guarantee the new order can be fulfilled we will always do our best to make last-minute changes for you, but we can only guarantee changes (including the delivery address and gift card message) no later than 3 business days prior to your order going out.
As our valentines floral collection is a limited edition pre-order collection, you can cancel orders no later than 3 business days prior to the requested delivery date. In those circumstances, a full refund will be given. If a lesser period of notice is given, we will only give a refund if we have not started preparation of your order at the time notice is given.
We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard credit and debit cards and PayPal. In order to offer the best security, all our payments are processed securely by Stripe payments.Please note we never store or have access to your credit or debit card details.
Paradise Parkway has made every attempt to display and represent our product images as accurately as possible on this website. However, please understand that we cannot guarantee that the colors of the flowers you see matches the product flowers and color of the images due to picture quality. All of our floral products are designed by hand and contains fresh flowers. If certain flowers are not available Paradise Parkway has every right to a substitution as stated above.
Adverse weather conditions may prevent the delivery of orders by the date requested, or at all. As set out above, in such circumstances, our liability to you will be limited to the price of goods not delivered.
Paradise Parkway shall not be liable for late or non-delivery of any order if the delay or failure results from any of the following: (i) Acts of God, (ii) outbreak of hostilities, riot, civil disturbance, acts of terrorism, (iii) the act of any government or authority (including refusal or revocation of any license or consent), Pandemic restrictions (iv) fire, explosion, flood, fog or adverse weather, (v) power failure, failure of phone lines, failure or breakdown of plant, machinery or vehicles, (vi) default of suppliers, sub-contractors or delivery partners, (vii) theft, malicious damage, strike, lock-out or industrial action of any kind, and (viii) any other cause or circumstance whatsoever beyond Paradise Parkway’s reasonable control.
